Short Course Registration includes:

Access to the Short Course Program only on Sunday October 5, includes refreshment breaks and lunch. Access to full conference is not included with purchase of the Short Course.

Full Registration includes:

Access to all joint conference sessions, poster presentations, and exhibits, lunch on Monday October 6, Tuesday October 7, and Wednesday October 8, Welcome Reception with Keynote on Sunday October 4, and Western Reception on Tuesday October 7. Additional social event tickets may be purchased for guests. Short Course registration is not included in full registration.

Single Day Registration includes:

  • Single Day Monday registration includes access to all joint conference sessions (Monday), Exhibits (Monday), Lunch (Monday). Not included but available for purchase: Western Reception (Tuesday). 
  • Single Day Tuesday registration includes access to all joint conference sessions (Tuesday), Exhibits (Tuesday), Lunch (Tuesday). Not included but available for purchase: Western Reception (Tuesday). 
  • Single Day Wednesday registration includes access to all joint conference sessions (Wednesday), Lunch (Wednesday). Not included but available for purchase: Western Reception (Tuesday). 

Single Day rates apply for single day registrations only. Attendance at 2 or more days requires full conference registration.

Notice of Filming and Photography:

When you attend the CAGC & CCMG Joint Conference, you enter an environment where photography, audio, and video recording may take place. By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or streamed. You grant CAGC-ACCG and CCMG-CCGM, its representatives, and designated partners the right to capture, reproduce, use, and distribute these images and recordings in any format – print, digital, broadcast, or social media – now or in the future. These materials may be used for event promotion, publicity, or any other purpose deemed appropriate by CAGC-ACCG and/or CCMG-CCGM and its affiliates. You release CAGC-ACCG & CCMG-CCGM and all involved parties from any liability related to these activities. 

By attending, you waive any rights to compensation or royalties for the use of your image or likeness, regardless of the purpose or platform. You also waive the right to inspect or approve any photos, videos, or recordings taken by CAGC-ACCG and CCMG-CCGM or its designated representatives. Your entry to the event premises confirms your understanding and agreement with this notice. 

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellation must be received by email to the CAGC & CCMG conference office cagc-ccmg@eventsmgt.com on or before September 2, 2025. An administration charge of $100 will apply to all refunds. No refunds will be provided after September 2, 2025.
